ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (IT OPERATIONS)
Job Profile
- Database Monitoring and Tuning: Ensure optimal performance and data integrity through monitoring, tuning, and backups of Oracle databases.
- Resource Optimization: Analyze database performance metrics and collaborate with application life cycle management to propose improvements.
- Recovery and Troubleshooting (Oracle data guard)
- Infrastructure Development: Support the further development and optimization of existing infrastructures and actively participate in migration projects to newer technologies.
- Project Participation: Plan and execute technical tasks related to database management and infrastructure enhancements in various projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or completed apprenticeship/similar education with relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of practical experience in Oracle database engineering and operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle database management, including monitoring, tuning, backup, and recovery. Experience with Linux (RHEL) is required
- Oracle database 12c/19c servers
- Experience in IBM SAN Storage
- WebLogic with forms and reports
