ProAccount Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company situated in Colombo 2. The firm specializes in providing comprehensive services to organizations in Scandinavian countries, with a primary focus on Malaysia, utilizing various online platforms to deliver efficient solutions
Job Profile:
- Creating new templates in our system
- Assisting with setting up and maintaining current templates
- Providing technical support when needed
- Resolving issues and making corrections to the templates
Candidate Profile:
- Basic knowledge of programming in any language is an advantage (Java, C++, C-- preferred).
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software packages
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to think logically and apply this in practice
- Willingness to work according to Norway Calander
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
