Informatics International Limited is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and lead us to new heights in the software industry.
We are on the lookout for a visionary COO to join our leadership team and play a crucial role in steering our strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute successful business strategies aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Review both Financial & Non-financial reports, providing actionable solutions for improvement.
- Set and manage the overall budget to effectively execute strategic initiatives.
- Communicate effectively, establishing credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as a solutions-oriented business developer.
- Enforce adherence to legal and company policies, upholding the highest business ethics standards.
- Build trust with key partners and stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry landscape.
- Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
Qualifications
- Below 50 years of age
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA along with a professional qualification/membership in finance and/or business management from a recognized body.
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role within the software industry.
- 5-10 years industry experience in a managerial position preferably in the IT sector.
- Able to train, lead & manage large executive teams.
- Executive presence and ability to maintain a calm demeaner in high stress environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
