Payment Associate - Port City BPO

Job Title: Payment Associate 

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Duration: Full time role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure payments are done on a timely manner
  • Need to check all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Handle payment inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records related to payments, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular audits .
  • Sustain positive work relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Willingness to work in any shift (including the night shifts)
