We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure payments are done on a timely manner
- Need to check all records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle payment inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain financial records related to payments, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular audits .
- Sustain positive work relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to work in any shift (including the night shifts)
