Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, employer branding, and strategic hiring to attract top talent in a competitive market. Global hiring exposure is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies
- Source top talent through job boards, social media, and networking
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
- Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to optimize hiring processes
- Enhance employer branding in collaboration with HR and marketing
- Stay updated on IT recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Understanding of technical roles and skill sets
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Experience in global hiring is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple hiring projects
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
