Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, employer branding, and strategic hiring to attract top talent in a competitive market. Global hiring exposure is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  •  Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies
  •  Source top talent through job boards, social media, and networking
  •  Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication
  •  Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
  •  Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to optimize hiring processes
  •  Enhance employer branding in collaboration with HR and marketing
  •  Stay updated on IT recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices
  •  Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring

Qualifications & Skills:

  •  3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  •  Understanding of technical roles and skill sets
  •  Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
  •  Experience in global hiring is a plus
  •  Ability to multi-task and manage multiple hiring projects
  •  Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices
  •  Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
