 PROJECT MANAGER CUM BUSINESS ANALYST

Veracity Digital creates software solutions for startups to mature organizations to being their ideas into life! We are on the lookout for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can design, build, and manage functional enterprise applications based on MERN/MEAN.

The Role

  • Collaborate extensively with customers and internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering) to understand user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for proposed features, analyzing technical limitations, resource requirements, and potential impact on existing functionalities.
  • Actively groom the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, epics, and initiatives based on user impact,business value, and feasibility.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and utilize them effectively to manage the product lifecycle.
  • Create functional specifications, analyze backward compatibility of product changes, negotiate specifications with all stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with designing mockups and prototypes using standard tools
  • Provide requirement clarifications for development teams for implementation
  • Participate and contribute to decision making in Roadmap planning and Release planning
  • Lead scrum sessions (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective) and drive teams to achieve project and product objectives.


The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years in software development and 4+ years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in project management and user story tools like Jira, Azure Boards, and Asana.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and user-centered design principles for product development.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to drive consensus and influence decisions.
