Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create visually appealing, user-centered designs that deliver exceptional experiences. This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical, with the ability to transform complex concepts into intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design engaging and user-friendly digital solutions, ensuring that the user experience aligns with the needs and goals of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability tests to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
- Wireframing & Interaction Design: Develop user flows and interactive designs that prioritize ease of use.
- Visual Consistency: Ensure a cohesive, on-brand visual design across all platforms and maintain design systems.
- Problem Solving: Identify user pain points and design creative solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance your design process.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Final year university student or having completed an internship program.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- User-Centered Design: Ability to empathize with users and create designs based on their needs.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience with wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile apps.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for visual design, typography, and color consistency.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve design challenges.
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or experience with motion design and design systems is a plus.
