Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for IIS related hosting, IIS API hosting & connected issues, and MS SQL server support mandatory
- Deployment of software in a client environment and willingness and ability to conduct onsite visits as required (for both domestic and overseas clients)
- Willingness to join a 24*7*365 Support roster including holidays and weekends
- Knowledge and expertise to automate the deployment using Azure Devops tool
- Knowledge and expertise to carry out application related VAPT configurations and application hardening as required
- Ability to maintain customer success and satisfaction for all support queries proactively dealing with user issues including providing workarounds and RCA.
- Ability to deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations (Onsite or Remote)
- Capacity to drive major incident management whilst adhering to SLAS
Qualification
- IIS and MS SQL server working experience is mandatory
- Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking
- Azure DevOps and automation
- In-depth knowledge to troubleshoot the IIS related issues.
- IIS and .Net related hardening
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proper knowledge of Mobile OS (IOS, Android etc..)
- Sufficient IT Security and Network knowledge to troubleshoot any issues.
- Familiar with VAPT/Pentest assessment for application on IIS hosting
- Configure DNS and SSL certificate
- Basic scripting knowledge for SQL and others and SQL Cluster, Logshipping.
- Understand network issues and concepts {Ports, NAT,port forwarding etc...)
- Minimum 1-2 Years of relevant experiences preferred
