Service Desk Executive - Support Services

 Description

We are seeking a Service Desk Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients, primarily production companies, international broadcasters, and content suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Job Duties

  • Assist and support users with system-related queries to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Offer a seamless client experience by accurately interpreting and resolving queries
  • Build and maintain positive relationships between reputed production companies, international broadcasters and content suppliers
  • Set up and manage client accounts on the company systems
  • Facilitate between broadcasters and production companies
  • Troubleshoot user-related issues to provide accurate and appropriate solutions
  • Prepare documents relating to the Service Desk workflow

Requirements

  • Diploma or a partially completed HND or any other equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)
  • Good Computer Literacy (MS Office/ Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight schedules 
  • Flexible personality and a good team player
  • Candidates must be available to work the night shift.
  • Ability to work according to foreign calendars (UK Calendar)
  • Willingness to work occasional overnight shift on a roster basis is required.
