JOB DESCRIPTION:-
The ideal candidate will:
- Write engaging 5-6 minute YouTube scripts (story-based)
- Research life lessons, Zen stories, and business success stories
- Craft emotionally engaging and thought-provoking narratives
- Create AI-generated image prompts for EACH sentence of the script to match the scene or mood
- Use ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to generate and refine prompts efficiently
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual accuracy
- Work closely with me to revise and improve content based on feedback
Key Responsibilities:
- Write 15+ scripts per Month (5-6 minutes per script)
- Create a minimum of 50+ AI-generated image prompts per script.
- Ensure that prompts create visually appealing and contextually accurate images
- Research to source authentic and culturally appropriate content
- Work with us to refine and adjust content based on feedback
Qualifications:
I. Scriptwriting Skills:
- Proven experience in writing YouTube scripts or storytelling contents.
- Strong command of English (grammar, tone, and flow
- Experience with YouTube content strategy and audience retention techniques
- Ability to create engaging narratives with emotional depth
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver consistently
II. AI Prompt Generation Skills:
- Comfortable using ChatGPT (or similar) to generate and refine prompts
- Ability to create detailed and creative prompts for each sentence of the script
- Understanding of AI model strengths and limitations to adjust prompts
- Ability to create prompts reflecting specific moods, themes, and visual details
- Comfortable using ChatGPT (or similar) to generate and refine prompts
Compensation:
- Competitive – Negotiable based on experience and quality of work
- Payments made on a per-script or milestone basis (flexible terms)
