We Are Hiring SENIOR RPA MANAGER (STRADDLE/ NIGHT SHIFT)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Automation Teams in Chennai & Colombo to assign tasks and manage the RPA project timelines.
- Setup and manage a defect tracking system and support system for RPA Automation and other Software Development projects.
- Manage our development project tracking systems for assigning and tracking all development tasks to ensure we remain on time and on budget.
- Be experienced with the Agile process of development, ie Scrums, Epics, Backlog, Managing Kanban boards, Sprints.
- This person needs to have excellent communication skills and the ability to aggressively manage timelines to ensure we hit our project milestones.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a similar capacity, 5-10 years of proven experience in a similar capacity in expected.
- Being a certified Project Manager will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with business process management and optimization.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integrations, and automation architecture.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
