- Position: Part-Time Product and Project Manager
- Location: Remote (Physical office is at Nawala)
- Hours: 15 Hours/Week
- Duration: More than 1 Year
Responsibilities:
As our Part-Time Product and Project Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead project teams, fostering a culture of transparency, communication, and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer and business needs.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Product or Project Manager in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and collaboration tools.
- A passion for innovation and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
