MANAGER - INFORMATION SYSTEMS
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Information Technology. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.
Role & Responsibility
- Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project deliveries.
- Defining timelines, and resource allocations.
- Providing guidance to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies framework, and tools to support the development process.
- Define and enforce development standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years' experience with Apparel domain.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- You have proven knowledge in leading development team.
- You possess extensive problem-solving, analytical and communication.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Dot Net Core, ASP.Net with MVC and other .NET technologies, Angular, API and SQL Server.
- Previous exposure to AGILE development methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles design patterns, and development methodologies.
