IT Auditor
Are you an experienced IT Auditor with a strong understanding of risk management and IT controls?Central Finance seeks dynamic, and outgoing individuals to to join our team as an IT Audit Manager.This is a challenging position in the Manager grade with high responsibility and management visibility, providing opportunities for significant learning and rapid personal development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the IT audit strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and business objectives.
- Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audits including IT General Controls (ITGC), cybersecurity, and risk assessments, ensuring timely and comprehensive reviews of all IT systems and controls.
- Identify control gaps, recommend process improvements, and report audit findings to management and to the Audit Committee
- Assists in development of the Company's annual audit plan and preparation of Audit Committee papers and set internal procedures
- Assess IT policies, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen IT governance and risk management.
- Supervise and mentor the IT audit team, ensuring continuous development of their skills and alignment with the company's methodologies.
- Stay updated on best practices in IT auditing and financial regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably in finance sector
- Be abreast with the regulatory requirements for a NBFI
- Certifications (Preferred): CISA, CPA, CIA.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
