Work Mode: Onsite | Location: Colombo | Contract Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in IT support and a strong focus on operating system management and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  •  Manage and maintain Windows operating systems.
  •  Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN) and perform basic networking configurations.
  •  Conduct hardware maintenance, system upgrades, and software installations.
  •  Assist users by explaining technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  •  Ensure smooth IT operations by monitoring and addressing system performance issues.

Requirements:

  •  1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  •  High school diploma in IT or equivalent; technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
  •  Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve software and network issues.
  •  Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), hardware maintenance, and software applications.
  •  Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
  •  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
  •  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users effectively.
