𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
- Manage & optimize the Jira environment – workflows, configurations, permissions, and system performance.
- Integrate Jira with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, Teams, and Power Automate.
- Support & train users to maximize Jira’s potential.
- Develop dashboards & reports for project tracking and analytics.
- Ensure security & compliance while maintaining best practices.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira Cloud/Server/Data Center.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) & SDLC.
- Experience with Jira plugins (Advanced Roadmaps, Automation for Jira, EazyBI).
- Knowledge of REST APIs & scripting languages (JavaScript, Python is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
