The Lanka Coffee Association (LCA) is looking for a dynamic Operations Specialist to oversee and manage our projects, ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives that support the development of the industry.

Contract: 12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage LCA’s projects, ensuring they align with the association’s objectives.
  • Be the link between the Associations Executive Committee and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government bodies, private sector partners, and industry experts.
  • Plan and execute industry events, workshops, and training programs.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks related to project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and reporting requirements.
  • Support the LCA board and committees in strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
