We are seeking a passionate Video Graphic cum Content Creator to bring our brand's rich history and vibrant culture to life through compelling visual content. Key Responsibilities
• Video Creation & Editing:
- Produce engaging video content showcasing Java Lounge's products, services, events, and culture.
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and promotional content to share across digital platforms.
- Incorporate Java Lounge's brand aesthetics into all video content, ensuring consistency with our identity.
• Graphic Design & Visual Content:
- Design visuals for social media campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms to enhance the Java Lounge experience.
- Create eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials to support our marketing efforts.
• Content Strategy & Brand Messaging:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals.
- Stay current with design trends and coffee culture to create relevant, timely content.
• Social Media Management:
- Develop content specifically tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Analyze engagement data to refine video and graphic strategies for optimal reach and interaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video creation, editing, and graphic design, preferably in a branding or marketing environment.
Skills:
- Expertise in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software
- (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Creative with an eye for detail and storytelling, especially within a brand-focused environment.
- Understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with coffee culture and the food and beverage industry.
- Experience in creating content that boosts customer engagement.
