Vice President of Revenue Cycle

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage all Revenue Cycle activities within Legacy Health.
Improve patient satisfaction with Revenue Cycle services.
Resolve patient questions and issues in a timely manner.
Achieve industry-leading performance metrics for the Revenue Cycle
Guide and mentor direct reports while encouraging their career development.
Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicaid, and other government agencies.
Stay current with trends and best practices, integrating them into processes.
Foster a diverse and inclusive environment for team engagement and process improvement.
Manage vendor evaluations and contract negotiations.
Facilitate effective interdepartmental and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Attend meetings as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle.

At least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or above).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit for extended periods, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
