Software Development Team Lead

We are on the lookout for talented and motivated individual who would like to join our Sri Lankan Software Development Team. Duties include:
- Lead an Agile development team thru the full SDLC from discovery through to delivery
- Develop technical strategies to support short and long term business growth requirements
- Analyze requirements and design high quality, scalable solutions
- Adopt industry best practices and continuously improve organizational standards
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and collaborate in achieving development goals
- Monitor sprint progression and ensure deliverables are met
- Creating and updating documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Learn and update the knowledge on latest technologies and transfer the same to the team
- Provide technical guidance to the team and facilitate professional growth
Experience: BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in the software industry, including .NET with C#, SQL Server and Visual Studio. Hand-on experience of Angular, WebAPI / REST.
