Senior QA Engineer
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for APIs, web applications, and databases.
- Perform various types of testing, including Functional (System, Integration, Regression) and Non-Functional (Performance, Stress, Database) testing.
- Develop and maintain Test Automation Frameworks, leveraging appropriate code libraries to enhance testing efficiency.
- Utilize tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java to implement and maintain automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using defect-tracking tools.
- Analyse test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve application quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and standards throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years' work experience out of which at least two years of experience is in automated testing.
- Eye for detail, catching bugs/issues/improvement areas.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Postman, or similar for defect tracking and API testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to provide in detail feedback and improvement points of the application.
- Capacity to gather feedback and share the exact with the development team.
- Excellent coordination and documenting skills.
- The ability to see the application as a user.
