RPA SPECIALIST

We are seeking a skilled RPA Specialist to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of RPA bots, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

• Monitor automated processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Promptly report and address issues or malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and automation solutions accordingly.

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Previous experience in process automation and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.

• Ability to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities with measurable benefits.

• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• Education: Higher Diploma (2nd Year) or bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
