Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies and come up with mitigation plans.
- Develop project plans and release schedules.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems.
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including management team members.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and process requirements.
- Prepare status reports gathering, analyzing and summarizing project related information.
- Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning meetings and retrospectives meetings.
- Obtain customer acceptance for project deliverables.
- Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjust accordingly.
- Manage and motivate project team members.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, etc
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- PMP, CSM or other project management certifications are a plus.
