Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant
Location: SriLanka - Remote
Type: Full-time
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for. clients.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Customize Business Central functionality to cater to specific business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
- Perform data migration, integration, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
- Prepare documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing.
- Experience with data migration and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
- Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Previous consulting experience and expertise in managing client relationships.
