Key Roles:
- Analyze business requirements and create accurate SRS & configure SAP B1 to meet client needs
- Conduct end-to end SAP B1 Implementation, including documentations
- Collaborate with end users to understand and document business process and requirements.
- Perform functional testing to ensure the system aligns and meet end user requirements.
- Deliver ERP Supports to Internal Support on demand.
- Assist in Project Planning, milestone and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct regular monitoring, related to data accuracy, malpractices, License management and escalate on arising issues.
- Train End Users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Stay updated on business best practices and SAP functional knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Undergraduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or HND in above mentioned field or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology related Job, Experience in any ERP will be an added advantage
- Exposure to SAP queries, reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sound knowledge in SQL Server & database administration will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting practices is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both English and local language
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Capable to document processes and assist in training end-users effectively & friendly manner.
