 We Are Hiring IT Support Analyst

Our client is part of a large European organization empowering electronic document services for global brands and governments in Europe.


Your Profile

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to break down complex issues into logical components.
  • Technical aptitude experience in configuring tools, understanding system integrations, and debugging issues.
  • Experience with troubleshooting applications and analyzing system behaviors to find the root cause of issues.
  • Ability to logically connect different system components and understand their dependencies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, logs, or basic scripting (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of web applications and configurations (prior basic knowledge of Grails framework is a plus, but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical configurations and issue resolution.
  • Excellent spoken & written English skills to work together with the onsite team in the EU.
