Job Title IT Officer
Job Summary
The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical assistance to team members. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and security, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The IT Officer will report to HR and Operations Manager and work closely with other departments to implement and maintain effective IT solutions

Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT operations, system administration, and network management
- Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networking technologies.
- Experience with various operating systems (Windows, UNIX) and databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
- Knowledge of IT security principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
