Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights on technology-driven opportunities and risks.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of IT services through proactive monitoring and risk mitigation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect company data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal security policies.
- Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Act as a strategic partner to various departments, ensuring technology solutions support business needs.
- Work closely with department heads to identify technology-driven efficiencies and innovation opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA/MSc is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within industries that rely on ERP and enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in ERP system implementation, management, and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in IT budgeting and financial planning.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or other relevant industry certifications.
