For our Sri Lanka facility, located on the 23rd floor of the WTC East Tower in Colombo, we are looking for,
Graphic Designer
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic flair, exceptional design skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, collaborating closely with our marketing team and you will work with various media formats, taking projects from concept to final execution along with the strong understanding of marketing initiatives and strategic positioning.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Independent conception, design and revision of graphics, illustrations, images, videos and animations for external and internal, cross-channel communication.
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
- Cooperate with the rest of the Marketing team across different types of media.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- Present completed ideas to team members.
- Support in the graphic preparation and harmonization of presentations, case studies and brochures, among other things.
- Conceptual and graphic development of the corporate design.
- Consultation of other departments in the creation of brand-compliant assets.
- Development of initial concepts and creation of assets for trade fair designs.
Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet usage.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Art Director in a corporate setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.
- Experience in digital marketing content design, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design.
