Responsibilities
- Assist in fulfilling the factory workforce requirements by attracting, selecting, and recruiting the right candidates general cleaning service providers for the achievement of the functional deliverables
- Support in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
- Help implement the best HR practices to minimize absenteeism and labor turnover
- Maintain effective employee relations by fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve HR goals
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources/ Business Management from a recognized university/professional institution
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an apparel manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Tamil (both written and spoken) would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and best practices
- Knowledge of recruitment, retention strategies, training & development, labor rules & regulations, and BOI labor standards
- Strong communication skills and leadership competencies
