ERP Support Executive (For IFS ERP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform as a member/supervisor of application support team for IFS ERP system users.
- Work with ERP system users and the management to understand requirements /concerns and provide solutions.
- Assist ERP systems users with data conversion.
- Assist with testing on new releases of ERP system prior to deploying it in the live environment. Create user manuals, documentation, and procedures guidelines for end-users. Conduct user trainings for IFS ERP end-users.
- Support and define user needs to develop system reports and dashboards. Regular attendance at work and schedule meetings. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- IT related Degree / Advance diploma.
- Experience in handling Supply chain, Services and Finance modules in IFS ERP.
- Knowledge in Posting Controls and Mapping, Month-End / Year-End closure in IFS ERP system.
- Exposure to functional configuration in IFS ERP i.e. Basic and Master Data setups in Finance, Sales & Distribution will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Finance Processes AP, AR, GL, Cash Management and manufacturing modules will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to work under pressure independently.
- Age below 45 years.
