Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Analyst to play a key role in driving business innovation and achieving strategic goals. This role goes beyond tactical execution, requiring a visionary approach to problem-solving, data-driven insights, and direct accountability for outcomes such as customer experience enhancement, competitive positioning, and fostering innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Tactical Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and document detalled business requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for execution.
- Create functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process models to support project delivery.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support during project rollouts.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Design and implement optimized processes that align with business goals.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
- Support change management activities to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry advancements to inform decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and recommend transformative initiatives that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer feedback and journey data to design strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and overall value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on strategic priorities and build a shared vision for success.
- Define and measure KPIs to track the success of implemented strategies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Take ownership of delivering measurable improvements in business outcomes, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 1.5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on strategic impact and innovation.
- Demonstrated success in leading innovation projects and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and modern collaborative tools (e.g.. Jira, Confluence).
