BIM Modeler / Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Create detalled 3D models using BIM software Integrating architectural, structural, and MEP components.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
- Identify and resolve clashes between building systems.
- Generate 2D construction documentation adhering to standards and create detailed
- drawings from the 3D model.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary meetings.
- Implement BIM best practices and enhance project efficiency.
- Adhere to project timelines and submission deadlines to maintain project progress.
- Demonstrate adaptability and active engagement In projects.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of modelling experience, with 1-2 years of field experience preferred.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.
- Engineering background preferred (B.Sc./NDT/HNDE/NDES).
- Good communication skills.
