Job Description:
You will mark IT assignments while providing detailed feedback to help learners improve their technical skills. You offer guidance on assessments, mentor learners, deliver inductions, host webinars, and join standardisation meetings to maintain marking consistency across courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mark IT assignments accurately and impartially.
- Provide clear, useful feedback.
- Guide learners on assessments and study activities.
- Mentor learners to achieve academic objectives.
- Deliver learner inductions and host webinars.
- Take part in individual and group discussions.
- Contribute to standardisation meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree or related qualification in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
- Minimum 1-2 Years Experience in academic marking and IT education.
- Required to work UK hours (1.30pm to 10.30pm)
- Strong written communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using online teaching and marking platforms.
