5+ years of experience in developing machine learning models and AI-based solutions.
Expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Strong knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and model evaluation metrics.

8+ years of experience in architecting and delivering AI-driven solutions.

Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from design through to deployment, including model integration and performance monitoring.
Exceptional skills in solution architecture, distributed systems, and big data technologies.
Strong leadership and client-facing skills, capable of translating technical solutions into business outcomes.
Deep understanding of security, compliance, and ethical considerations in AI deployment.

# Associate / Software Engineer - Full TimeOn-Site

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and optimize full-stack applications using Next.js, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), and AWS.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance APIs and cloud solutions.
Solve complex problems by collaborating with cross-functional teams in AI/ML, DevOps, and product strategy.
Optimize performance and ensure security best practices in software development.
Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments.
Explore AI & ML integrations to enhance product capabilities (if you have prior experience, that’s a big plus!).

What We’re Looking For:

Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
1+ years of experience (or solid personal projects) in Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js.
Hands-on experience in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and best coding practices.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Bonus: AI/ML experience, including Python, LangChain, or model deployment.
