 Specialist Senior Executive – Learning and Development


Job profile

  • -Develop comprehensive training programs focused on enhancing communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
  • - Create and implement behavioural training modules aimed at improving interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, resilience, and teamwork.
  • - Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts (both in-house and external) to organize and facilitate training sessions.
  • - Support the development and updating of training materials and resources.
  • - Ensure training content aligns with learning objectives and is engaging and effective.
  • - Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including venue management, scheduling, and Arrangements (when applicable).
  • - Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of methodologies such as workshops, role-playing exercises, simulations, case studies, and e-learning platforms.
  • - Adapt training techniques to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience.
  • - Conduct thorough needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify training needs within different departments and levels of the organization.
  • - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and post-training assessments. Continuously refine and improve training content and delivery based on feedback and outcomes.
  • - Evaluate, select, and manage relevant vendors and tools for learning and development programs and initiatives (where appropriate).
  • - Collaborate closely with HR business partners, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • - Provide individual coaching and consultation to employees seeking to improve specific communication or behavioural skills, offering personalized development plans and constructive feedback.
  • - Manage calendar invitations, participant communication, and pre-training logistics.
  • - Assist in gathering and analysing feedback from training sessions.
  • - Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and outcomes.
  • - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational success.


Person profile

  • - Holds an Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution/university.
  • - Proven experience (3 years) as a communication trainer, behavioural trainer, or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
  • - Certifications in Training and Development is an added advantage 
  • - Expertise in communication strategies, behavioural theories, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
  • - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, learning management systems (LMS), and other training delivery platforms.
  • - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.


Preferred:

  • - Basic instructional design knowledge and familiarity with relevant tools of Exposure to the BPO/KPO industry

Work Week: Monday to Friday


Shift: 8.00am to 5.00pm IST / SLST

(may require occasional adjustments to start and end times to meet client needs/deliverables)
