Requirements


  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A Master's Degree or a Professional HR Certification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven ability to lead and manage an HR team, with strong decision-making skills and a strategic mindset to drive HR initiatives
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Job Role

  • HR Strategy: Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy in alignment with business objectives to support overall growth and operational efficiency
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with company goals,
  • utilizing data-driven insights to measure and enhance HR performance
  • Talent Management & Acquisition: Oversee talent management processes, ensuring the identification, recruitment, and retention of top talent to meet organizational needs
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing programs to enhance employee morale
  • Learning & Development: Lead the learning and development function, ensuring employees receive the necessary training to enhance skills, career growth, and overall organizational effectiveness
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Design, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry best practices
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive employee
  • growth, productivity, and alignment with business objectives
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
