- - Location: Wattala area
- - Education: School Leavers
- - Salary: LKR 40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- - Managing hotel reservations and bookings
- - Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- - Coordinating with clients and hotels
- - Performing general administrative duties
Required Skills:
- - Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- - Proficient in computer skills
- - Professional telephone etiquette
- - Strong communication and customer service skills
- - Ability to work independently
