Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.

• Source top talent through various recruitment channels, screen and assess candidates for role suitability.

• Ensure timely and efficient hiring.

• Maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

Key Requirements: 

• Successfully completed or reading for a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (experience in tech recruitment will be an added advantage)

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude 

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, self-motivated and goal driven
