We’re on the lookout for a Creative Lead who can take our brand to new heights on the global stage. As a Sri Lankan-born brand that has gone international in the tech space, we need someone who can push creative boundaries while ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Brand Ownership: Lead the creative direction for a brand that’s making waves in the global tech industry
- B2B Advertising: Develop high-impact digital ads tailored for a B2B audience, ensuring alignment with industry trends and international standards
- Sales & Event Collateral: Design compelling marketing and sales materials, including event assets, brochures, presentations, and more
- Freelance Pool Management: Take ownership of our freelance design network, ensuring creative output meets quality and global standards
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
- Creative Strategy & Execution: Maintain and elevate the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all digital and print platforms
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of global design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our brand fresh and competitive
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven industry
- A killer portfolio showcasing strong creative work in digital, branding, and advertising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and UI/UX principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- A proactive mindset – someone who owns the creative process, rather than just executing briefs
