Position : Care Management System Analyst
Location: Remote (with potential for hybrid working) - Sri Lanka Location
Starting Salary : Rs. 150,000 per month
Working Hours : 40 hours a week - Based on Sri Lankan working time
Experience: Minimum 1 year in auditing or data analysis
Qualifications: A/Ls with minimum 2 A passes for mainstream subjects (Math, Science, or Commerce streams)
A bachelor's degree in a related field
(such as Data Analysis, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business Administration - English medium would be an advantage)

About the Role - Care Management System Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care Management System Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing the performance of our care management system, identifying gaps and errors in user inputs, and evaluating the effectiveness of alerts and warnings. You will work closely with senior management to provide actionable insights and generate reports that highlight key trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse System Data: Review and analyse the data from the care management system to identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies generated by user inputs.
- Monitor Alerts & Warnings: Regularly monitor system alerts and warnings to assess their relevance, effectiveness, and accuracy. Provide feedback on how these can be improved to reduce errors and improve the user experience.
- Insight Report Generation: Create detailed, insightful reports for senior management that summarize findings related to system performance, user input errors, and potential operational challenges.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various teams, including IT and care management, to understand the system's functionality, identify areas needing improvement, and assist in implementing changes.
- Develop Recommendations: Based on your analysis, provide actionable recommendations to enhance system performance, user interaction, and the overall effectiveness of care management processes.
- Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when identifying system gaps, errors, and inconsistencies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Compile findings into clear, well-structured reports that will be presented to the senior management team. Ensure that all reports are professional and easy to understand.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize data analytic tools and techniques to interpret trends and patterns in the system data. Although proficiency in specialized software is a plus, expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Data Analysis, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business Administration).
- Analytical Thinking & Skills: Strong ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and identify patterns, issues, and areas for improvement within the care management system.
- Proven Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in identifying and resolving system errors or inefficiencies is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to generate clear, concise, and professional reports forsenior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to analyse and present data.
- Data Analysis Software (Advantageous): Familiarity with data analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is advantageous but not required.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy when identifying and addressing system gaps and errors.
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they affect operations.
- Experience working in healthcare, care management, or similar sectors would be a plus.
