Assitant Manager/ Manager - HR

The ideal candidate will support Human Resources operations and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align HR initiatives with departmental goals and support change management during company scaling
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Oversee compensation management and ensure pay alignment with company policies and market standards
  • Manage HR budget and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Implement and manage HR policies, ensuring consistent communication across the organization
  • Address performance and disciplinary issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and contribute to succession planning and talent management
  • Oversee employee development programs, including leadership development and career growth opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification with at least 7 years experience (experience in a similar industry would be of added advantage)
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
