Job Description

  • Assist in developing project plans/timelines and monitoring project progress.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to plan and implement all project deliverables.
  • Maintain daily communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure projects are running on time and within budget.
  • Assist in developing documentation including statement of work, project proposals, and reports.
  • Coordinate with other teams when required.
  • Manage expectations of all stakeholders (internal/external) involved in projects.
  • Observe and implement more efficient methods to carry out internal tasks.

Person Specification

  •  Degree in Project Management, BIS, MIS, Business Analysis or related field.
  •  Minimum 1 year's experience as a Project Coordinator.
  •  Strong understanding of an enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Comfortable with Atlassian/Jira/Azure DevOps, or other software development management systems.
  • Working knowledge with an ERP system will be a huge advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management tools.
  • Willingness to develop a stronger understanding of a project's technical components.
  • Highly collaborative team-player displaying leadership qualities.
  • Good time management, presentation and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
