Job Description
- Assist in developing project plans/timelines and monitoring project progress.
- Collaborate with the internal team to plan and implement all project deliverables.
- Maintain daily communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure projects are running on time and within budget.
- Assist in developing documentation including statement of work, project proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate with other teams when required.
- Manage expectations of all stakeholders (internal/external) involved in projects.
- Observe and implement more efficient methods to carry out internal tasks.
Person Specification
- Degree in Project Management, BIS, MIS, Business Analysis or related field.
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of an enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Comfortable with Atlassian/Jira/Azure DevOps, or other software development management systems.
- Working knowledge with an ERP system will be a huge advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management tools.
- Willingness to develop a stronger understanding of a project's technical components.
- Highly collaborative team-player displaying leadership qualities.
- Good time management, presentation and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
