Are you an experienced travel professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Inbound Tourism!
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a reputed company in the travel industry
- Strong expertise in inbound travel, itinerary planning, and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
- Proficiency in responding to clients via email and using Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to efficiently manage corporate and leisure travel arrangements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop customized tour itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
- Research and negotiate rates with hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators
- Manage all logistics for tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings
