Role : Compliance and Admin Executive

Work mode : Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Compliance Management: Prepare and coordinate documents for licensing and compliance reporting, maintaining both physical and digital records.
  •  Policy Implementation: Conduct compliance reviews, monitor compliance, and implement company policies and procedures.
  •  Reporting: Assist in filing regulatory reports and prepare internal management reports.
  •  Business Oversight: Monitor activities and implement necessary measures.
  •  Administrative Support: Address queries from senior management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required; strong research skills essential.
  • Law degree or legal qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
