BUSINESS ANALYST
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirement, ensuring applications align with business needs.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they effectively utilize the applications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with IT and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on application management.
- Strong analytical skill with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive knowledge in banking & finance industry operations.
- Familiarity with scienter eFinacials CBS are advantageous.
