Job Title: Senior Executive Processes and Systems

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Duration: Full time role


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and refine processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assess system stability and security, implementing necessary enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Provide training and support to staff on new systems and processes
  • Monitor process performance and deliver regular reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in any field 
  • Min 1-2 years’ experience ISO 9001 or Lean Yellow belt 
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Available for a fixed shift system (day/afternoon/night shifts).
