Job Title: Senior Executive Processes and Systems
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Duration: Full time role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Establish and refine processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Assess system stability and security, implementing necessary enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams
- Provide training and support to staff on new systems and processes
- Monitor process performance and deliver regular reports to management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Min 1-2 years’ experience ISO 9001 or Lean Yellow belt
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Available for a fixed shift system (day/afternoon/night shifts).
