Position: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Colombo - Nawala (hybrid)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary: LKR 150,000-250,000 (Based on experience)

About Us:

Our Client is specialized in providing exceptional technical support and system administration for our agency clients' Salesforce environments. We are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring our clients' Salesforce instances are maintained and optimized for maximum performance. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for agency clients, responding to inquiries and resolving Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes, improving efficiency.
  • Configure custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules to meet client requirements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve permissions and security-related issues.
  • Document system changes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge management.
  • Assist in user training and the creation of support documentation.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permission sets.
  • Participate in regular system maintenance and optimization activities.


Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment).
  • 1-2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform (including internships or relevant projects).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality including:

  1. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  2. Flow Builder
  3. Process Builder
  4. Validation Rules
  5. Reports and Dashboards
  6. Security and sharing model

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with providing technical support or customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working with agency or consulting clients.
  • Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices.
  • Experience with change management and release processes.


Additional Notes:

  • Full-time position with occasional after-hours support for critical issues.
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
