Position: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Colombo - Nawala (hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: LKR 150,000-250,000 (Based on experience)

About Us:
Our Client is specialized in providing exceptional technical support and system administration for our agency clients' Salesforce environments. We are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring our clients' Salesforce instances are maintained and optimized for maximum performance. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for agency clients, responding to inquiries and resolving Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes, improving efficiency.
- Configure custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules to meet client requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support client business objectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve permissions and security-related issues.
- Document system changes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge management.
- Assist in user training and the creation of support documentation.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permission sets.
- Participate in regular system maintenance and optimization activities.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment).
- 1-2 years of experience with the Salesforce platform (including internships or relevant projects).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality including:
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Flow Builder
- Process Builder
- Validation Rules
- Reports and Dashboards
- Security and sharing model
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with providing technical support or customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working with agency or consulting clients.
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices.
- Experience with change management and release processes.
Additional Notes:
- Full-time position with occasional after-hours support for critical issues.
- Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
