Intern – HR & Admin

We are looking for an Intern – HR & Admin to assist in backing up old HR files for digital storage. This role involves scanning, organizing, and archiving records to ensure secure and efficient data management. 


Key Responsibilities: 

- Scan and digitize old HR files for backup and storage. 

- Organize and categorize documents systematically. 

- Ensure proper naming and filing of digital records. 

- Assist in securely discarding outdated physical files as per company policies. 

- Work closely with the HR team to maintain data accuracy. 


Required Skills & Qualifications: 

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 

- Preferably a school leaver. 

- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of computers and file management. 

- No prior experience required. 

- Interest in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
