Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment & onboarding
- Manage administrative tasks & office coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies
- Maintain employee records & payroll support
- Handle vendor management & office supplies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
