SPARK Global Solutions is looking for a passionate HR & Admin Executive to join our team!

  • Position: Full-Time
  • Location: Colombo/Kottawa


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment & onboarding
  • Manage administrative tasks & office coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies
  • Maintain employee records & payroll support
  • Handle vendor management & office supplies

What We’re Looking For:
  •  1-3 years of experience in HR & Administration
  •  Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
  •  Excellent communication & organizational skills
  •  Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
